It's a largely known fact that the chemistry between Meg Ryan and Russell Crowe on the set of Warner's 'Proof of Life' lead to the eventual separation of Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid (Hollywood's most lovable couple).

Will this factor in the making of this film have any impact on your decision of whether or not you see the film in theaters?

Some of us may be interested in witnessing the onscreen relationship between the two that might show the possible "proof of romance" that lead to the real life troubles. This factor alone might feed the boxoffice performance of this film throughout its theatrical run.

What are your thoughts?

While I like both Meg and Russell, I don't much care about their "romance" or whatever you wanna call it - both are capable actors - how many times have we seen "chemistry" between Ryan and Hanks? Enough to almost believe there was something between `em.. My interest in seeing this film is unrelated.

But a co-worker said something intriguing - he absolutely refuses to watch this movie because of principal - he has lost all respect for both actors because of their personal flings off-set and now refuses to ever see another movie from either.

Well principals are one thing, and I cetainly respect someone who sticks to them, but damn if he isn't gonna be missing out on some top films if he continues scratching naughty actors and actresses of his list!

Well, the verdict is in - the film was great.. awesome guerilla warfare in the jungle.

As for Crowe and Ryan's on-screen "chemistry" - It just, plain made no difference to me - no more shocking than the "chemistry" between Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman.. *shrug*
