    [Quantum Leap complete episode set]

    Status Wish List FAQ

Submitted by Steven Fairchild on March 25, 19101 at 21:57:25:
DVD Title: Quantum Leap complete episode set
    Studio: NBC/Bellisarius?

    Content Necessities:

Load it with as many features as possible, fans have patiently awaited its release for years!

Once again, go all out, make it special.

    Disc Value:

Seeing that there are nearly 100 episodes, a large number of dvds will be needed for both the video content and the extra features. Because of this, the set will be quite pricey. While no one wants to wait a long time to collect all the episodes, the best solution may be to release 1 season at a time, as Fox Entertainment has done with the X-Files. However, it would be nice to see the Quantum Leap seasons released more quickly than those of the X-Files.

    Additional Comments:

The fact that Quantum Leap's demise was abrupt and barely substantiated is indisputable. With only a few episodes released on VHS and the only reruns appearing in no particular order on SciFi, Quantum Leap fans have had no consistent medium through which they can channel their passion. Not only would the release of episodes on DVD mean closure for fans, but certainly considerable profits to the producer. Help the "Leapers" and help yourself.
