    Status Wish List FAQ

Submitted by Stephen A. Kozak Jr. on June 03, 1999 at 21:52:34:
DVD Title: TV series- Sliders, Quantum Leap, Knight Rider, MacGyver
Studio: Fox (?)/Sci FI channel, NBC, Paramount

    Content Necessities:

Dolby Digital, THX remastering, closed captions

animated menus, scene selections, cast bios, behind the scenes, origional opening credits to each episode, origional versions of each show (when syndicated, television networks do a hatchet job sometimes so that they can have more commercials), multiple episodes in sequence on each DVD

    Disc Value:

$15-$20 per disc, $35-$40 for boxed sets

    Additional Comments:

I admit that at first I thought that Sliders was just another Quantum Leap rip off, but now I know better- both are really good shows, the kind that don't seem to be made anymore. Both would also look and sound great on DVD! Knight Rider and MacGyver were also shows I watched while growing up which would be great to visit time and again with crisp picture and incredible sound.
