Resolution: This is an authoring problem with the disc causing conflict with hardware that does not 100% conform to the DVD specs in that enhanced features will sometimes fail. Not all DVD hardware/software combinations will manifest this problem. Buena Vista will be offering replacements for this DVD in the near future. Our recommendation is to return the disc to the place of purchase or call Buena Vista Home Entertainment at 1-800-723-4763 where they are prepared to assist you.

These authoring problems affected the following DVDs: Dinosaur (standard and special editions), Disney's The Kid, and Scary Movie.
