    Out of jail after serving 12 years for murder, ex-assassin Don is asked to kill a presidential frontrunner by his buddies Max and Chan Hung. When Don refuses the job, they make him the obvious suspect after the candidate is assassinated. Now Don is being hunted by both the police and his two friends, who may or may not have masterminded the murder themselves. Directed by Hong Kong ace Ringo Lam (City on Fire), "The Suspect" is both a tense political thriller and an action spectacle. Filled with Lam's trademark violent shootouts, astonishing car chases and gritty meditations on the dark side of human nature, "The Suspect" is one to catch.
