Movie Summary: [Mystery/Suspense]

    In this tense drama about love and betrayal, Clint Eastwood plays an injured Union Army soldier who avoids capture during the Civil War by hiding in a women's boarding school, run by head mistress Geraldine Page. Before long, both the headmistress and an attractive young teacher fall in love with him and he must use all his charm and guile to placate the emotions of both women until he can escape.
